Start Up Package:
Come Spring, we are able to get your pool up and running and ready for use.
This package includes:
- Remove and check condition of winter debris cover.
- Vacuum and net pool to remove debris.
- Start up of filtration system, checking for any leaks within the pipework.
- Check and balance water chemistry as required to recognised standards.
- Ensure pool is in full working order and customer is confident in the workings of the pool.
- Install summer heat retention cover if required, checking for any damage.
- Courtesy return visit within a fortnight to ensure customer satisfaction.
Shut Down Package:
Shutting down your pool at the end of summer is an important process to get right. It will ensure both the longevity of your equipment and a smooth, hassle free start up the following spring.
This package includes:
- Vacuum and net pool to remove debris.
- Check and balance water chemistry as required, adding winterizing chemicals.
- Shut down circulation system.
- Drain filtration system including pump.
- Lower pool water level.
- Isolate all equipment as required.
- Remove summer cover and store.
- Install winter debris cover.
Check-Ups:
This package includes:
- Check filtration system is in full working order ensuring there are no leaks, air ingress or blockages.
- Check and balance water chemistry as required ensuring correct levels of PH, sanitizer, alkalinity and calcium hardness.
- Vacuum and net pool to remove debris.
- Ensure customer is happy with the working of the pool, providing any technical advice as required.
- Check chemical stocks.
Full Service - Weekly or Fortnightly:
Regularly maintaining your pool is essential to keep it in top condition for use and to prolong the life of the pool and associated equipment.
DP Pool Services offer a weekly or fortnightly service where we undertake the following:
- Thorough vacuum and clean of pool.
- Backwash and rinse of filter.
- Check and balance water chemistry.
- Perform checks on all pipework and equipment.
